If the first order is a disaster, I prefer to move on and not waste time with support. It is interesting to see how different people value different aspects of a product. At least here we can see more honest opinions and not only polished marketing content.

When every picture has different colors or extreme filters, it is usually a bad sign. Bad lenses can cause eye strain, reflections and headache when you wear them for hours. From my experience, communication with the store can tell you a lot. Sometimes I experiment with different materials just to see how they feel in daily life. Online shopping will always have a bit of risk, but experience makes it easier.
